Yup... as the title suggests, how? I know how to re-size still photo's.. but if I try to do that same method to a .gif animation, it ends up making it a still image.

Yup.... Dropped out of school a year ago (grade 10) with only one credit to my name.. Oregon requires 24 credits for a Oregon HS diploma... Sisters HS requires 26 credits for a diploma from em... Family and friends don't seem to give a shit.... bah. Been thinking of various methods of suicide too... People have told me I've been to selfish.. Dad's off and about... Haven't seem him in 4+ years... talked to him in July... his phone got shut off about a month later...
