Re: Giving Blood.
PostQuote from EmoBunny: “It all depends on the phlebotomist taking you're blood, if they are good they should be able to get the blood into your AC with little to no pain. IT also helps to not look as they put the needle in because if you don't know when they are about to stab you you won't automatically tense up which can help with the pain a great ton!” I shall remember that, thanks

Re: What's your console?
jim89 - - Video Games
PostConsoles are less of a gaming machine nowadays and more of entertainment machines. PC's however have continued to be the preferred choice to hardcore gamers. Seems correct to me.

Are there any other people that listen to and/or download Armin Van Buuren's weekly 'A State of Trance' radio broadcasts? I have and am in the process of listening through all 418 episodes so far. Though is taking a long time to get through it all.

PostQuote from jim89: “Age: 20 Height: 6'1" Weight: 187 or 85Kg Sport: None really. Used to play Badminton a lot, but now just walk to and from campus which keeps me vaguely fit.” Ooh, Skiiing once a year too :D. nearly forgot that.

Re: How do you..
PostCouple of little tips: 1. Keep yourself busy, if your busy you are a lot less likely to realise or think 'im hungry, i need food'. 2. Try eating soup or liquidise your food before you eat it. Sounds off but it has been proven that soups and liquidised foods actually keep you feeling fuller for longer. Don't ask how, I just saw it on a program on the BBC a while back.
