Well. Hard for me to think of something as if I really want to, I can gather up tons of willpower. But if you really want to make a difference then try just going cold turkey. Just stop. When you think about having junk, just go and quickly eat something else. And instead of doing random things at the gym, ask for advice. Do real training to get real results.
I think it looks great how it is now. And I wouln't say it if I didn't think so :). Though you could try colouring it completely black. I think it would look great with your current hairstyle.
