PostDo not get a 28". They're for kids. A 31" is never too big, you'll get used to it somehow and dont get a cheap preassembled skateboard. If you want a good skateboard I recommend you to buy 'pro' parts and assemble it yourself. Offtopic: I never saw a skater in you hehe
