:confused: A lot of information in there really. Never been in your position, but I have been ditched and asked back. I really didn't even consider taking her back, I was bitter and felt nothing for her. So that's just my input.

I would be careful doing exercise too close to when you go to sleep. It is advised that you get a decent amount of exercise throughout the day, but not too close to the night. If you want sleep too, avoid caffeine before you go to bed. Avoid staring at a computer screen for too long, and make sure you get into a good rhythm.
