I take a night drive, typically the cops aren't out too much around here so speeding is DEFINITELY a must. open the windows and play some good music. Drive around town for awhile. I've been doing it alot lately, helps very much. Also a walk through the park at night, sometimes it's spooky, but it takes your mind off everything :p

Quote from Titus Pullo: “Here's the routine I'm using right now for my chest, it focuses on stability and getting a great pump. It may be a little advanced for you, but you could try one or two of exercises. Warm up - Light Dumbbell bench press 1x15 Dumbbell bench press 3x8 (go as heavy as you can with good form. This is a real power move for your pecs so always try to use heavier weights every couple of weeks to build your strength. I prefer dumbbell bench pressing to barbell pressing, simply b…

Quote from Titus Pullo: “I guess so. I'm happy as I am, anyway. Even so, with a 31 1/2" waist and a 46" chest I get people staring and commenting, even if I'm wearing a shirt!” Nothing like hard work and dedication, sounds like it pays off for you. Hopefully I can stay as dedicated as you though :p

Also, dieting is your best bet. I've been told countless times that working out is 25% of losing or gaining weight/muscle. And that dieting is 75% of reaching your goal. Eating lots of greens and lean meats will get you there in no time. Spreading your meals out, 5-6 meals a day, every 3-4 hours is the best thing you can do, as long as you keep the portions somewhat small. This will really speed up your metabolism, which is key to losing or keeping weight off. With that being said, you can proba…

Pec workouts... Cable or Dumbbell Flyes, pushups, benchpress, Dumbbell benchpress (these are all very good for pec/ chest. As for under you pits, AKA your lats, I recommend doing wide grip pull-ups, or wide grip pull-downs, dumbbell rows, plain old pull ups. Or option C, go to bodybuilding.com, and search through the workouts they have on there teen section...has everything from A to Z, it's a great site. You should look into it, even if you aren't trying to be a bodybuilder, which I certainly a…

Quote from Zen: “One and two are realistic options. Two being the most shallow. The third will be pity votes, most likely. Or people trying to convince themselves otherwise. I don't have much trust in humanity's decision making skills.” rofl, you're probably right... one vote so far to back up your theory :p

PostAlrighty, so I've been growing my hair out... can't decide if I like it long or not? I like the simplicity of having a crew cut/ short hair. But I think I look a little more mature with longer hair. It's a little longer then the pic. Need some suggestions, feedback etc. Painting.jpg

Quote from From Chaos: “Just makes you look like an idiot. Guys with good bodies and six packs or whatever don't realize that it's not really all that attractive when you show off. Makes you look like an ass, actually.” That's how I have looked at it. I mean yes, something that is somewhat un-intentional I think is alright, like swimming or something. I was just curious what everyone else thinks:p

Ever since High school started, I've always noticed that a lot other guys put up a pic of themselves with out a shirt on... my question is if that is looked upon as cocky? My personal opinion has always been that it seems a little over confident, maybe full of themselves? Idk, I'm curious as to what everyone else thinks about it?:p
