  • I prefer dramatic endings. Where someone dies to save the life of others. Like in Gran Torino. Or basically, any movie which has an ending totally out of the ordinary. For example: "earth is danger from alien/meteor/madman/virus/man-made problem" "group of people go on mission to save the earth" "group of people almost succeed, then disaster" "humans are wiped out, but animals still roam the earth, which nature heals the earth after humans fucked it up." Or something. Generic teen movies are a s…

I've been feeling that A LOT lately and I'm trying to figure out why and how I can combat it. Any thoughts?” No, never. :p Seriously, I don't think it's good to believe you're all those things.. because often the people who do.. aren't. Arrogance isn't attractive at all. Although there will always be those who give such peo…

To see improvement you have to constantly push yourself to lift heavier and/or more intensly. If you do what you've always done, you get what you've always got. But then again, you've only training your pecs for a week? It takes years to grow a good chest. About pushing yourself. By that I mean pushing yourself to stimulate hypertrophy (muscle growth). Being able to do 30 push ups one month and 50 the next isn't stimulating hypertrophy, such high rep work is aerobic, and things other than strong…

I'll be taking the supplements very carefully, so I'm not going to do something stupid with them.” Haha, suppliments always get bad rep because there's no regulations or FDA approval. Most suppliments are just herbs and natural things found in the body. It's only bad when you rely on suppliments rather than proper nutrition. …

You can still have higher bodyfat and have visible abs, if the fat is visceral (under the muscle) rather than subcutaneous (under the skin). That's why you see wrestlers with big guts and visible abs. It's true that not everyone can't have the 8 rectus abdominal bulges neatly lined up. It's most common for the muscle bellies to form a 'six pack', 'eight packs' or somewhat rare, and 'ten packs' are almost unheard of (but do exist, there's 1 or 2 pro bodybuilders with this variation, whereas pros …

  • Haha, I read once in survey, that the most sexiest part on a man is a good set of forearms. According to a psychologist, it's because the forearm reminds girls of penises (or however you pluralize that). The tight skin, the bulging veins, the throbbing stirations. Everything else is just aesthetically pleasing, the forearm is the area that gets girls hot. Sounds rather credible to me.

  • At the moment all I care about is low bodyfat. I'll try to keep as much muscle as possible, but at the moment I just want to be healthy and fit again. My diet is low calories, high protein, and I'm doing lots of biking, running and rowing, not just the weight.

I managed to come 138th with a miserable score of 8640. It's definately addicting. For some reason it accepts certain verb conjugations and not others. I also tried a few Pokemon names, but it didn't accept them. The highest scoring word I got was Quest.

Quote from Mrs. Butterworth: “So true. In Melee, whenever I'd get a trophy I'd be like "z0mg, new trophy". In Brawl, it's more like "Cool, new trophy..." I usually don't care much unless it's a Metroid or Legend of Zelda trophy.” Did you ever get all the trophies in Melee? I remember I was missing one, Diskun I think. You had to do something insane like completing the game without getting hit. And the Crazy Hands trophy where you had to finish Adventure mode on very hard, and fighting master han…

  • I don't think the campaign of Halo is dated either. Because Halo campaigns are pretty much the same thing over and over. It's only the awesome multiplayer that sets the games apart. It's not a bad thing, the campaigns work so why try to fix it. I'm glad their releasing Halo games in a genre other than FPS, though. Since I'm fed up of Nintendo yanking stuff out of the late 80s/early 90s, slapping on a light paint job and selling it as a new product. Sure, they were fun back in the day, but I grow…

It wasn't even that expensive. Exploitation rules. My two friends who got me into playing, both had their accounts banned for doing the same, but I manag…

Quote from FSM: “My problem with fallout is that your limited to 20 levels or 30 with the patch. I liked on oblivion how you could max out with an uber character. On fallout they got rid of this to stop people getting maxed out characters on really low level enemies.” Level 20 is the standard max level for the majority of Black Isle games (excluding Fallout 2, which was 99). I guess after Bethseda took over they went with the level 20 max standard to make it appeal to the masses of Black Isle/Wi…

Vascularity is determined mainly by genetics, chances are you won't get any more veins popping out, I don't think there would be anything to worry about.

Well, purely from a sexual perspective, vascularity isn't attractive in my opinion. One or two veins is normal, but I don't like the "My arms look like they're going to explode any minute" look. I'm hetro, but I can tell when something doesn't look attractive on a guy. For a bodybuilding perspective, vascularity is good.

Lots of guys experience the same thing in their first sexual encounters. Some can't get hard, while others can't reach orgasm without using their own hands to 'finish off'. It's purely pycological rather than medical. Afterall, they can get it up and orgasm in other situations. It normally affects people who have grown up in household where sex is considered 'dirty' and not talked about, or if they've experience some kind of public humiliation in the past, or even nerves/pressure because you're …
