  • For cholesterol: Fish/Krill Oil (I use Jarrow Formula's EPA-DHA, Natural Factors' and DHA-500 from NOW Foods are good too.) For these I would check which one works by the lipid tests, some people have bad reactions to Krill in their lipids.
