Quote from Tombgeek: “Wait, wasn't Cool Spot for the Sega Genesis? *google search* Oh, it was released for DOS as well, never mind. I can only recognize Earthworm Jim, Cool Spot, Gordon Freeman, Commander Keen Manuel "Manny" Calavera from Grim Fandango, Abe from Oddworld and a guy who appears to be Larry Laffer from Leisure Suit Larry. Where is Lara Croft, Duke Nukem and Doom Guy?” Duke Nukem and Doomguy/ The Marine are there, Lara Croft isn't as I never played Tomb Raider games growing up. And …

  • Quote from dusk: “Saying pain makes you stronger was an explanation for why pain would be a good thing, JC asked, i wasn't even talking to you. I'm glad you can see past this a little, but I'm not shy about my opinion, I was, and am now, very sober, I have been for several days now. This is actually a great example, by saying that your going to forgive me because I'm drunk or mentally deficient in some other way is a lot more offensive than for example calling me a twisted asshole. I don't give …

  • Guys, you need to read the whole post, we're not talking circle of life shizz. He was saying we should kill cows, etc. with hammers and axes and blunt force, because it doesn't matter if it's more pain to them (in his eyes), he just thinks the humans will give a crap if they're killing them that way. My view on it was that the people who kill the animals in the first place know full well what they're doing, and do it to make money, so they're not gonna stop just because you take the fancy equipm…

  • Oh, actually this guy was pretty epic too: 260.3.jpg 250px-TG_CS11_10.jpg Constantine/The Trickster from Thief His minions used to scare the crap outta me too, with the noises they made And the Hammerites were awesome, but more funny than anything else 200px-Hammer_warriors.jpg

I still haven't got this yet. I'm a bit skeptical about it 'cause I can't imagine it being as good as the original game =/ Does it live up to it at all? 'Cause I loved that bloody game. Same goes for THI4F/Thief 4/whatever they're calling it these days.

  • Awh, I love Read Dead :p And the horse-riding is fun, even when you're going slow, but NPC's amuse me somewhat, so maybe it would be boring if they didn't. Still, it's a good game.

  • You know you've played too many video games when reminiscing your childhood just involves thinking about old PC and SNES games

I drew this picture earlier, main characters from all (or most) or my favourite PC games from when I was a child. 5,000 TH monehs to the first person who can name them all and the games they're from Chiiiiildhoooood-2.jpg

I don't understand how people prefer the prequels. And I think they'd ruin the originals with too much CGI shit if they shot it with modern technology, it's perfect as is. I'm gonna agree with the Oompa Loompa dude here somewhat and say watch the original films, skip the Phantom Menace and watch the second and third of the prequels xD Hahaha, seriously though, if it's your first time watching them, watch in the order they were filmed. I mean it's fun to have Star Wars marathons in chronological…

  • Thank yooou, I might watch that tonight so I'd say the 80s British stuff will be hard to find :p But I'mma keep looking

  • It is AMAZING And I have to say, much as I generally dislike Michael Cera, it's damn good to see him acting outside of his usual typecast. Maybe he'll get better, more diverse roles from now on. The effects were brillian, the film was hilarious, music was great, direction was awesome (Edgar Wright :lovey:). I loved the montagey style near the beginning. Heck, I loved everything.

  • If anyone knows where I can get any/all of these films on DVD or VHS, or somewhere that streams them online, lemme know :p Because I'm in the mood for finding them again, but not quite in the mood for the amount of searching involved, so I thought I'd see if anyone already knew. K, thanks. Remembrance (1982) We Think the World of You (1988) "Screen Two" The Firm (1989) "Screen Two" Heading Home (1991) Tiptoes (2003) Who's Kyle? (2004)

  • See, I'm not going to have iTunes with me on the bus, this is my problem =/ I like to just make a list of songs and save it as whatever I'm feeling at the time :p Or something like that, and then when I feel the same again, there it is, saved. Making something on iTunes itsn't good enough
