I read somewhere to wear a rubber band around your wrist and to snap it everytime you want a cigarette. Soon, you will begin associating the pain you feel from the snap to the craving for a cigarette. I don't know if it would work for smoking, but you could try it. I am picky when it comes to what is in my food, especially with onions. If Mom buys me something at the grocery store (like spaghetti sauce, pizza, etc.) and it has onions (dehydrated or not) I will not eat it. I refuse to eat onions of any shape or form. Mom checks the labels to make sure there are no onions in everything she gets.

FutureNavyMan08 has a good point about the cost. But, is that coming out of a taxpayer's pocket? This is a serious question...I've never known the answer to it. Sometimes I think that some criminals should just rot in prison for the rest of their lives. Sometimes I think they should instantly be put to death. I have mixed feelings about it.
