Personally, I think people question themselves too much and too often in this regard. Instead of asking what you are, you should just find an emotional balance and get involved with what your gut feeling is telling you. Of course there's always a risk of disappointment, or of realizing that you have taken the wrong way. But that is what's called school of life. You mainly learn from mistakes and hardly when you just think about possibilities. The latter can help ... in case of made mistakes by r…

  • Vitamin for immunity

Taking extra vitamins is actually a waste of money as long as there is no evidence of a deficiency in certain vitamins. The intake of additional vitamins, and possibly minerals too, is of no use, as the body usually excretes everything that is too much and is therefore not needed. And those vitamines that are still stored could even harm the body over time if taken regularly. If you eat a balanced mixed amount of fresh food and if you too drink a lot of sufficient water, there is usually no defi…

According to one of the biggest retailers for RVs and campers, the market for RVs etc. boomed this summer. This at least goes for the province of British Columbia. Which is probably the reason that our RV was well booked this season. Kinda weird in these times.

Sure, not having sex until married is just personal a decision, but also a movement based on certain moral standards. I wouldn't even begin to discuss or question this if this statement comes from an individual. Just shrug, walk away and let it behind you.

  • I talked about a principle of development, not about religious content. I wouldn't dare to talk about religious content, because I'm a atheist, so not very familiar with both religions. And furthermore, as always, it never leads to anything. In fact, religion has always been just a pretext for waging war, suppressing others or even going for terrorist attacks. That has been a fact for thousands of years. Just name any religion with several hundred thousand or millions of believers, it often show…

  • That's a development similar to the Christian's history. So if that's a fact, muslims are so christian.

  • okay, the topic seems a bit OT compared to this threads topic, but that discussion on Quora is one og my favorites I ever read. It partly amused me a lot. quora.com/Why-do-European-people-stop-travelling-to-the-USA

  • Quote from xols: “The benefit of Europe is most of the countries are so small, visiting another country is no big deal. In the US, it's often quite a trip, even if just to Canada, which is not considered culturally much different than the USA. ” It's true, Europe is densely populated. Also, if you want to visit friends in Greece from the North of Sweden, that's not a short trip either, especially by car. But as someone who traveled from the Big Apple down the east coast, took the route through t…

  • Two things made me consider staying in Canada after my studies. First, it's big, bigger than the US. Second, not even 40 million people live there. My ideal population density (even if economic experts want to tell me otherwise). Means, even if it strongly depends on where you live, in case of socially coexistence the possibility of to be able living a more relaxed daily live with all fellow citizens is way higher as in Donald's Land. Third, it's metric. Anyway, the US are still good for vacatio…

  • As I was pushed into working selfemployed, I started some courses at a community college, I learned all the basics in the in economics and law, taxes, accounting, material procurement, trading etc. etc. What really helped me were two lectures by people from practice with provable results and long-term experience . One lecture was given by an older, former entrepreneur, and another by the chairman of the regional young entrepreneurs club, which I mentioned in my last post. You are in constant con…

I never was into guns nor what branches of arms may be exist. And tbh, guns and other weapons don't interest me in the slightest. My opinion is therefore of a general nature. Any type (privately owned) of weapon, or at least firearms, should be prohibited. I would even go so far as to limit the production of weapons to such an extent that they can only be produced when needed. And that would be limited to the police and armed forces.
