  • I have a gym membership, it's just that SOME days I don't have the time to get up there. Their hours suck too, closed during the weekend (They close Saturday morning at 10 in the morning, I'm not getting there really early on a Saturday,) and they close at about eight in the evening during the week. Usually, I can make the time for it. But some days I've got a lot of college school work to do and I don't have the time to make it up there.

  • Awesome ya'll. And I probably should have said, I don't have a bench I can really use, but I do have one of those big balls (yeahh, I'm terrible with naming stuff.)   • To be honest, as for right now, I'm just trying to stay in shape, as college just started and I really can't go to the gym until I figure some things out. Just continue to get leaner and stronger, one small step forward is better than zero steps.

  • Well I've got some at the house that adjust in like 5's from 10 to like 55 and I figure sometimes besides going to the gym or my friends house to lift weights, I should put them to good use. I don't need to know how much weight to use, just need to know sets and reps, and give me an idea for weight, as in 50% max etc. Thanks for any help.

  • Buckle's where it's at. For shirts I'll go to Abercrombie and Hollister and sometimes Buckle. These days for jeans, I just get Big Stars at Buckle.

    As much as I agree, there's way too much testosterone on that site to going around to get me there. Everybody on there thinks they're right 100% of the time. If I have questions about my diet, I usually just go ask on Sherdog, where I'll always find someone who knows what they're talking about, or the Underground. There's nothing better than getting advice from an athlete there anyways in my books.
