If it is a needle you are using, then the reason for the lack of blood is because you are not hitting a vein or other blood plentiful area. Honestly, I wouldn't reccommend continuing to harm yourself.. it is going to cause you a bit of trouble in the long run. Blood may taste good, but it really isn't worth it.
