    I think you're being a little too impatient. I know it's hard to wait for things like that but as they say "good things come to those who wait". What you're doing seems good but I think you're going to need more cardio to loose the fat. I've heard that you need at least 30 mins to an hour... So I'd say 35-45 mins would do good to start with. Just don't stop what you're doing with the weight training either. If you're already noticing results just think of what it'll be like in a few more months.…

    I think there is such thing as too much. For me twice a day is too much but it's really not. Like 8 times a day would be too much lol.
