  • With this uncontrollable urge i have found in the past that writing as hard as i can on myself with red *SAFE AND WASHABLE* marker really relieved a lot. As well as drawing a butterfly where you usually cut. Another thing that has helped me is taping a picture of someone you really love to your implement. Idk just my idea.

    Honestly from experience and stories i've heard. When you tell a girl that you are shy about a relationship or a certain activity and they are really into you THEY WILL UNDERSTAND!
