  • Mate what you need to do if you want to look good is gain weight. At the moment you're skinnyfat, if you cut down you'll just be plain skinny. Start eating healthy, keep your calories about the same, and start lifting weights (on a proper program, not curling with your buddies a few times a week).

  • Decent lifts. My bench and clean are a little bit higher, but that's a pretty big squat you've got there. I still reckon you'd be better off though moving to a program other than the typical bodypart split though. EDIT: And I think you're probably overstating the whole upper chest issue. Personally I don't think I'm anywhere near the stage where I'm gonna need to take focus away from simply building up my chest and upper body and instead just stress about how my upper chest compares with lower.

  • I hope that 4x a week is some decent split like upper/lower or push/pull as opposed to some stupid bodypart split. And how advanced are you? If you're already jacked I get the whole thing with your chest not matching up to your asthetic goals, but I see way too many people crying about how they want to focus on their upper chest when they bench like half their bodyweight and their entire chest is a weak point.
