Yes i have a few times things have got to me recently and my life has been turned upside down and i have been really low and have cut myself to see if it would realise any of the tension and anger and in a way it did help , and i will end up doing it again. This has also happened to me but with a bigger distance and internet relationships dont normally work however much you think you love them it could be different in real life.
