I've found that when couples do have an age difference between them, other people tend to view the relationship as weird only if the couple does because usually the couple makes the age difference weird & an issue...I can't quite articulate myself the way I want to right now as I'm tired so I hope that makes sense.

I just can't think of anything they could possibly have in common, well not anything important anyways. I guess they could have the same favorite color, but that's an entirely trivial thing. I suppose one of the reasons why I get the feeling that they don't have any foundation for a relationship is based on the fact that she is even obviously questioning her connection with him, if she wasn't she wouldn't need our opinions. Either way, this debate is probably meaningless because I doubt she will…

I'm not. I'm just realistic enough to know that there's nothing a 50 year old man could have in common with an 18 year old girl. Hell, she doesn't even consider herself a woman! Age gaps are fine, I would be a hypocrite if I had a problem with them. However, one of 32 years is more than a bit much, especially considering she's only 18. When someone is that young, anything more than a decade tends to be a bit much. Later on in life a 10 year gap is nothing (IE a 40 year old and a 50 year old, as …

A 32 year age difference is pretty drastic. There is no way that two people with that much of a generation gap would be compatible as they wouldn't have any form of common ground.

Knowing her age helps to know what type of budget she would probably have as well provides more information on the types of locations she would be interested in. I doubt someone who is 18 would be interested in some of the places someone who is 32 would be interested in.

    How old are you?

  • I think it all just depends on what you're looking for. Some people just want someone to hook up with, obviously in a case like that looks are far more important. If you're looking for a life partner than both are needed.

  • Quote from IG75: “girdth > length, ladies. Try a thick 5 or 6 incher and you will prefer it over a long 7 or 8 incher.” Very true, though in general size isn't even THAT important. My ex was 7 1/2 and sex with him was terrible, my current partner is around 6" and sex with him is amazing.

  • A connection can happen over time. Go on a date with the guy, give him a chance. It's just a date, not marriage.

  • Satisfying my partner, the release of any pent up sexual tension and frustration.

I speak from those relationships and how they failed, what i could have done differently. …

  • It was two months before I turned 17 with my ex boyfriend who I ended up being with for a total of 3 years. It was awful.

Quote from Nick09: “Occupational hazard, Uni student. I drink various times a week, but not to get drunk.” Same here. Yes, I do drink, several times a week actually, but as above, not to get drunk. I greatly enjoy the taste of alcohol, especially a good beer or glass of wine. Having a glass of wine with a meal is very enjoyable, or having a few beers while sitting around watching tv or playing games with friends is wonderful. In situations like that at most I'll have 4 drinks, on average it's us…

Anything under 18 for sure is dumb. From personal experience, even 18 is ridiculous. 22+ is probably much more sensible.
