Re: Acne
PostQuote: “Food: Parents often tell teens to avoid pizza, chocolate, greasy and fried foods, and junk food. While these foods may not be good for overall health, they don't cause acne or make it worse. Although some recent studies have implicated milk and dairy products in aggravating acne, these findings are far from established.” This was taken off a website. Absolute truth! Acne isn't caused by what you eat, it is caused by oils blocking your pores; you increase these oils when you touch your fa…

Re: Right.
PostThat's fair enough then (It was just what I was taught in theory P.E lol) Quote: “Hehe yeah Also my boyfriend keeps complaining that I'm always tired, which he thinks is because I'm dehydrated so he practically forces me to drink it (don't ask me where he learnt that from ) But it's a good tip Thank you ” He's right - being dehydrated causes drowsiness :)

Re: Right.
PostWhat I'm saying is that eating chocolate isn't necessarily "bad" for you as long as you only eat it once in a while, dieting is constructed of three things: •The food you eat •Exercise •Thinking Eating an apple after chocolate helps with the third one more than anything.

PostQuote from Batgirl: “Pastas will make you put on weight, ftr.” Depends what pasta and also, it will not make you put on weight if you are combining eating pasta with exercise because it is a good source of protein and carbs

Right... this is going to sound rather silly but i need help with it. I got talking to this girl through a mate (just over facebook and msn) and we were getting very flirty with eachother and really close. She said she had fell for me already and to be honest; I felt the same so I asked her out (before we had even met) which sounds really silly but I honestly have not ever felt like this about anyone. The next day however; I went to meet her and we were just having a cuddle, like you do and we k…

PostQuote from lozzaaa<3: “LauraJane I'm almost 16 so we are quite the same But the thing is I suppose I look normal because I have fat instead of muscle (no joke, practically no muscle :p) so I just want to do a swap and be healthier :)” So your nearly 16... or you are 16 now? Well anyway; at this age your metabolism is at its highest rate that it will be so don't worry too much about your weight at this age as most of it will burn off. It is not all about just what you eat; as well as a balanced d…

Re: Lifting question
PostHey; In order to build muscles you need to follow the: High weight; Low reps rule. This is because the high weight tears your muscle fibers quicker and therefore means they have to repair stronger and bigger; you must ensure to eat alot of protein though or else they will not repair. Increase your weight when you feel you can do more than 15 reps with that weight.

Quote from Se7en: “No offense mawsie, I do oppose Norton due to its past capabilities. But due to recent things I've seen I highly doubt that's the case anymore; thank god you didn't suggest AVG.” I agree that by now they must have changed it because it was causing many problems however, I agree with your AVG suggestion; it is simply awful! My Dad thought he was good by installing it on his brand new laptop; I went straight on his laptop and uninstalled it and put Avast on! It is a personal favo…

Hello there. I just thought I'd post this here hoping that you could help me out! If you can then could you please send me a message with some form of contact details so I could get back to you. Now with that out of the way... I need people to help with o…

If you are using Limewire to download music and you are seriously worried about getting viruses then my advice is simple; don't risk it. Here are two alternatives: • Firstly; you could listen to music on we7(Just search it on Google) where you can listen to music online for nothing at all however, you have to listen to some adverts. •Secondly; you can download music off Youtube and then you can use video2mp3(Just search it on Google). It is very straight forward to do. I hope this helped. Sorry …

Hello. For starters... NEVER! Ever use Norton Anti-virus as it installs viruses! I use Avast which is a free virus protector. Use this to scan your computer and it will detect your viruses that are on your computer. I shouldn't think it will be a major virus but maybe a minor, its worth checking out.

Re: Diets
PostQuote from LauraJane: “Is there actually a fricking diet that works out there? Most say it's just eating healthily and excercising every day.. but who the hell actually does that, apart from those fitness teachers who do 1000 sit ups a day maybe? I find it impossible to get a flat stomach nowadays, and it's worse for me because my Mum is always saying that puberty will make me get slimmer and taller.. I'm get taller and BIGGER, jeez.
