what i like to do when i feel like screaming at my parents is i go write a really angre letter to them just basically yelling at them through that ..... then i shred it ( but u can give it to them if u want) that or i go and run for a while and blast music... that usally cools me down

i will admit i was and still kinda am both anorexic and bulemic... I can tell you now that if you tell her to stop she wont, and if you tell your parents she will probally be really angre with you.. but it is something that she needs to get under control and most likely dose need help with. but you dont really have to worry about her dieing unless it gets really bad... But im agreeing with Phuck Buddy u need to eventually tell ur parents... or at least someone

nice to hear you and your sister can talk with the whole eating thing sounds like you are getting alot better, i was in the same boat as you... it'll take a little bit to get back to "normal" i guess you can say. the important thing is that ur trying. and the thing with your mom. be glad she noticed it means she cares about you, it took my mom forever to notice... my brother noticed b4 she did and he doesnt ven live with us any more.(not saying my mom doesnt care about me)

Ha yeah my family is exactly like that .... ALWAYS gossiping.. my parents braging and making huge deals about good things me and my brother do to make them look good and completly hidding all the bad imperfect aspects of our lives trying to put the out look that were perfect... i hate it....

Do you have a cell phone or way for him to contact you? thats how i was allowed more freedom. because when ever my parents wanna check up on me they call... its a lot better then not being able to go anywherer
