    Can you define your "eating badly?" Does that mean you still binge and purge and such? Or you don't eat healthy?

    Excess sugar can cause liver damage. There are many reasons to avoid sugar, including the fact that it inhibits your immune system. And the aspartame-sweetened drinks aren't much better side effect-wise. Edit: Oh, and also, since it's usually fructose they put in the drinks, research has shown that insulin resistance is a problem. So happy days!

  • The BMI does not take into account muscle mass/body fat. Thus it can be pretty useless at times.

  • Dumbbells- incline/flat bench press, chest flies, dumbbell shrugs, hammer curls, tricep extensions, single leg squat, dumbbell lunges... What long bar? A barbell? For this: Barbell Exercises | Barbell-Exercises.com You could probably find more for dumbbells, but I just told you the ones you should start out with.

  • If you're not eating at least your weight x20 worth of calories, you're not going to gain weight if you have a fast metabolism. And of course doing weight training while minimizing cardio.

    My parents have probably seen that I'm on a teen site, but half the time I'm in the Food, Health, and Fitness forum, instead of "Teen Sexuality."

  • I don't think anything fancy is needed here... Protein or protein + carbs (non-fructose)... Glutamine may help, but not as much as the former. And of course a full meal 90 minutes later.

  • We seriously need a sticky for gaining/losing weight. Take your weight x20, eat that many calories, or find a calculator online for your maintenance calories and just add 500 or to whatever gets you gaining weight. Also, if you aren't doing weight training, I'd suggest doing that, unless your goal is to just gain weight and don't care if it's fat or muscle. And to track your calories use something like fitday, unless you have magical powers. Edit: Also, if you could give us an idea of your daily…
