Quote from ZachG: “Well I am not gonna type up a list but anyone with the knowledge of google can look up what good foods to eat so just trust I know what I am doing.” There's an abundance of retarded nutritional advice out there. For example, I bet the vast majority of weight loss advice out there on google tells you to "eat lots of whole grains" which is shitty advice. So go ahead and tell me what sort of stuff you're eating.

  • Quote from AidNowhere: “Well I'm very small so.. And 150 lbs is my weight without any lb of fat. Anyway... I have a special diet : no fat. I almost never eat fat. But sometimes I eat too much sugars... And I do sports three times a week. For example, today, I did parkour and I runned 4 mi (in 25 minutes). :)” Well how tall are you? Because I mean I'm 200 lbs with very little fat and still see myself as needing to pack on some muscle to be "very muscular". Granted I'm 6'3, but unless you're the s…

Quote from ZachG: “Well I eat protein foods and smart ones which are good.” That could mean any number of things. Quote from ZachG: “I don't go the day starving so I am eating enough.” Good, but I'm concerned with what you're eating, not how much.

Quote from ZachG: “I just didn't reply to you” Ah, fair enough then. Quote from ZachG: “I don't cut out fats entirely now.” What does that mean? I ask because the ideal diet for weight loss is arguably minimizing carbs as much as possible, getting in your required protein intake for your bodyweight, and then making up the rest of your calories in fat. This obviously isn't going to be what you're doing if you're just not cutting them out "entirely", but you're still eating barely anything contain…

Quote from Lostsoul: “Very nice. I used to weight almost 300 pounds and now I'm 186. You're taking the right path, but I'd just like to add that it's not necessary to cut all fats out completely. Just reduce the amount you take. If you are eating healthy and decent portions, naturally your diet should already be low in fat. Fat isn't all bad for you. You're doing a great job as far as I can tell. Eventually, you will have to push harder with the exercise which you're already doing. Don't ever gi…

  • 150lbs isn't "very muscled" start lifting weights and going off appearance rather than an arbitrary number.

It's basically the source of advice on paleo which makes the most sense. I mean that list you posted is full of crap like trying to totally avoid fat (probably it's biggest piece of retarded info), along with unnecessarily hating on starchy tubers (can be just fine if you want carbs for extended high intensity…

Also, don't keep up your current diet. Read back over my advice in the post above. Cereal sucks, and other than the meat and a tiny bit of fruit you're basically getting 0 nutritional value.

Quote from H4X0R: “Alright, i'll just keep my current diet thing and follow your working out plan. 1 thing...between the days, should i do any running or stuff like that? Because...building muscle and loosing weight in the same time...? Or is my diet plan enough for loosing the weight?” Diet is the biggest factor in your weight loss anyway, but if you want to do cardio for fitness/health/whatever it's fine, just don't overdo it to the point where it stops you recovering between weight sessions. …

Ill try and gain as much body muscle as possible with the amount of fat i have right now and see if im happy(makes any sense? lol).” If you're an outright beginner and overweight you shouldn't have any trouble burning off some of the excess fat whilst gaining muscle. As you get more advanced/leaner this will get harder and slower an…
