Thats so underweight its not funny. If you were eating enough then you wouldn't be that thin would you? Pretty simple. Its not that you have a super high metabolism either thats stopping you gain weight. I can eat 3 big meals a day plus junk food etc and not gain weight at all, so i have to eat 4-5 big meals and work out at the gym to gain weight.

I have a bit of social anxiety but nothing like blacking out and attacks. Ide hate to imagine what it would be like.

You need to eat more, dont say i eat a lot because you dont. You need 5-6 full meals a day, gym & protein shakes. In very very simple terms.

I have it. Mines about symmetry. If i chew something on one side of my mouth i have to chew it equally on the other side. I drink from 4 sides of a cup even though its a circle, i have to turn it 4 times so i drink from each 'side'. I dunno i just think things are better when they are symmetrical.
