I take a lot of dance classes and I hope to make it my career. So, I'm up at 5 AM. For me, breakfast is usually one smoothie with 40 grams of whey protein (plus digestive enzymes) and water, and a "green smoothie" with, for example, an apple, handful of spinach, handful of kale, and maybe a banana or or melon. At 8:30 AM, I'll have a little piece of skinless chicken and a little bit of yam or some rice for a mid-morning snack.
