My parents had me circumcised at birth and I like it. If I had a son I would have him circumcised at birth too. I wouldn't think it would illegal to have your son circumcised, regardless of the reason, but to use circumcision as punishment would be weird.

I only wear white briefs. I would wear other colors or patterns if I like them, but so far it's classic white. I'm not a fan of how boxers tend to ride up and they offer no support or function. To me people only wear them because some think their "cool". I value function over the "cool" factor.
