I wouldn't reccomend iPod headphones. Mine are always breaking in the space of a couple of months and I can't be bothered to keep replacing them, especially at the price they're at. At the moment I've just taken one of my friends' ones. Sony MDREX71SLB They seem to do the job. Of course you can invest in big headphones if want real sound power and don't mind pissing other people off by forcing them to hear your music too.

  • If you need to get it off your chest then consider telling him. BUT if you know he's in love with someone else then you know the chances of the two of you getting together are slim, even more-so due to the fact that he's moved. All I'm saying is prepare for it to be awkward but don't let that stop doing what you want to do. As for meeting up, why don't you call him and ask him if he wants to hang out and catch up? Maybe he could come to you or you could go to him for a day or two.

It's a bit over-done and over but I suppose some guys can still pull it off. I remember one guy at college used to go a bit over the top with it, he'd come in every day with 'panda eyes' If guys are going to wear it, they should at least put it on properly.

  • I've got a Sony Ericsson W880i. I bought it last summer; I liked the way it looked and the fact that it is was quite small/compact & Sony Ericssons are pretty reliable. Anyway, I hate it now, the keys are too sensitive and my phone managed to turn off/open up the net browser etc. all on its own unless I constantly keep locking the keys. Not to mention the network I'm with turned out to be completely crap. I can't way for the contract to run out.

I'm sorry but weapons? wtf - This isn't Rambo. Contacting the police would be a good idea; if nothing else at least if need be in the future you can say you made an attempt to notify someone. I would say avoid going out late on your own but that would probably feel like taking away your independance and you were only walking your girlfriend home. It's kind of horrible that these days people can't even do that without being confronted by someone or the other. Self-defence classes would be a good …

I completely understand where you're coming from. One guy I dated was really shy which didn't help because I'm rather shy too. We started off as friends and we were fine with eachother; pretty loud/jokey etc. but then the whole 'going out' happened which was surprising because I never thought he'd make the first move and he did. For the first few days we were both too shy and stubborn to actually face each other in college which looking back at now was pretty lame. Anyway after a short while we …

Get to know her properly first before deciding that you love her. I suppose like the poster above suggested starting off as friends and such seems like a good idea and then depending on how it goes maybe suggest going out sometime
