that kind of sucks of it relies that much on genetics. Everyone in on My Mom's immediate family (grandparents, aunt, uncle) including herself are overweight. That is definitely not ok for him to do that. At seven, he is still young but old enough to realize that it's wrong to touch people's private parts. I would talk to him about what is considered violating other people. If that doesn't work, talk to your parents. He needs to know (and should already know IMO) where it is and is not acceptable to touch other people.
