  • You don't need to worry too much about it. Get this...your hardwired to reproduce. It's all in there waiting to work by 'instinct.' Every single ancestor you have managed to kiss, screw and have babies...the chances of which are extremely low in the overall scheme of things. You're an impossibility with an ancestor line that are pros at this.

  • Look out for key words when you first get a conversation started. If people mention something in passing they would normally like to talk about it. And you just keep listening for those 'key words' throughout the whole conversation to keep it moving. And of course...if it stagnates...well you just bring up some other random topic that is 'on your mind.' Most important, since you said you're "good at helping with people's problems" along with this issue...I'm going to make a judgment on your pers…

If you really want to make money online for whatever reason...you would probably have to go the marketing route (for example, there are sites around where you can sign up and then promote other peoples products and you get a percentage of the cash from sales that your marketing has led to). But as it is...those sort of jobs do actually require a fair bit of effort on a persons part to get fair amounts of money...it's not a 'quick fix need a bit of cash quick' sorta way which is what 'money onlin…

  • Quote from The Guardian: “I'm sorry, sir that is a LAW of physics, Matter cannot be destroyed, that does not mean it cannot be changed.” On the contrary, matter can be created and destroyed. However, this is mostly a matter of 'semantics' and the definition of matter. It is not quite that 'matter' just 'pops out of thin air' perse. But nonetheless it is possible. Since you seem to want to state me wrong without any backup, I suppose I will have to actually drag some stuff out to make your search…

  • Quote from The Guardian: “ Oh so they can create matter? Last time I looked matter cannot be created or destroyed. Just because they are not here does not mean the Earth is billions of years old. As most anything can effect the speed of a half-life, these are known a catalysts.” Actually, if I recall correctly, matter can be created. In general education and such people seem to still tout the 'energy cannot be created or destroyed' etc etc. But progress in certain areas of physics have shown tha…

  • Quote: “ 1religions in general but especially christianity were set up by people just like us a long ass time ago to control us this is not an opinion it is a fact” I technically, and in general do agree. Though, I am interested if you can actually provide any evidence that it is an actual "fact" and not merely an opinion, since you make that statement. People shouldn't say things are 'facts' without at least providing some form of evidence...

I think vegetarianism is fine - good even. A lot of my friends are vegetarians and some of the healthiest people I know, so I'm obviously not going to argue on being able to stay healthy while being vegetarian. (Although...I will say I think it's also partly because vegetarians by necessity AVOID a lot of the crap, processed food that is around nowadays) Benefits: - Vegetarian food is easier to digest than meat, which generally stops one having that 'stuffed' feeling from eating when compared to…

In my personal view, I think it possible there was just...another universe. This avoid having to consider ideas like there 'being nothing' at any point and would let us assume that there always was something. Universe 'crunched' inwards, until it was tightly packed enough to cause a big bang, it expands outwards until it reaches a point where it again crunches inwards. Ad infinitum. Most things in nature (the universe?) have cycles, fluxing from one state to another. I see no reason why the univ…

Be yourself works...so long as yourself is generally not a wuss bag who wants to wait on them hand and foot and do everything they ask you. Get something else going for you - that's far more important to you.

  • Aye. Romania has a tendency to plug out cute peeps. Seriously though, like said the best way is to just go at it. Do you only get this at school, or in anything social? Like Yuki said, talk up your ego a bit when those situations come. You might also try really learning how to relax (first outside of those situations i.e. free time at home and then learn to make yourself relaxed when you are in social situations). That's a common therapy method, based on the idea that you can't be fearful and re…

  • Quote: “Right, then again, a child raised by an athiest family and never taught to be an atheist, but never taught about religion and never taught about God, still would not believe in God if someone asked him that.” I have to disagree. Considering that more or less, sums up my childhood in those areas.

Sure, *I* think it is a 'good thing,' understandable and acceptable. There are plenty of children out there who could use adopting. But that said, from the people I know who have been adopted, and from just general observing certain parents...it might be better to have had your own child first for a bit. Most I know seem to have had it better when the adopters had children previously of their own...but that is just my experience and could be wrong. Though in any case, I think it would be a pity …

Quote: “Thinking about that, isn't religion then equally irrational? Because they are making an assumption based on the same lack of evidence that atheists are...” From the basis you mention, that neither have any real empirical evidence to present then it would seem they are equally irrational. But not when you take things based on potentials and not merely 'as is.' On the basis of possibilities, the belief in God is more rational than the disbelief in God, because it is in theory possible to g…

Quote: “In response to your first statement...how does it make more sense to believe a God exists? Think before you speak, idiot. It's rather obvious that you believers in God can't give a single piece of evidence to backup their claims, either. If you could give atheists some proof, then I'm sure we'd believe you guys by now. But you haven't, so don't preach what you don't know. Convince us that he exists, instead of spewing out false statements that he is real.” Well now, if you had read just …
