Thank you I do feel like there is something different and wrong and missing, but other than that, things are okay. I'm not going to lie, my life is going okay, there are lots of changes. There are things I want to talk about to friends or a doctor, but compared to the problems of others, it doesn't seem like enough or anything large. I know this will get better and I will stop hurting my self, or think a lot before I do anything. Thank you x

For the past few months I've been having strange thoughts. I frequently think about suicide and fantasize about pain. I cut myself sometimes with my razorblade, as it feels good to me. My parents never found anything of mine, but in my boyfriends bedroom, her mum found an empty condom packet, and she went mad. That was just yesterday and Im scared to go to his house now. I think we were so preoccupied with checking to see if the condom had broke and of disposing of that, we just let it slip. PostI don't think there is a best 'diet', I think you just need to eat a good amount of fruit, vedgetables and a varied diet with proteins and carbs. People say carbs are bad, but I think it's just a fad tbh. Drink lots of water and juices really, and try not to eat fatty foods every day.
