    Good luck with the new plan, but 15 lbs of lean mass in a year isn't bad at all. I wouldn't count on gaining 25+ lbs due to it being too physically demanding for the body.

    5'10, 210 lbs, 9%BF. Currently at 5'10, 180, ~9%. (Keep in mind to those who request extremely low bodyfats, the ~4-6% range can be very unhealthy and often hard to retain. Most bodybuilder's drop down to around 4-5% for competition day and work their way up due to the health risk it holds.)

    Please don't say it's impossible to gain weight, because that's being ignorant. Yes, you may be active, but that means you're going to have to accomodate your diet first and foremost. Also, don't throw the 'I eat everything in sight' ectomorph bullshit at anyone. Start hitting the weights, with either a split or an upper/lower body regime in mind.
