I am working for a couple family friends and neighbors for $10 an hour... not bad, if I do say so myself I will probably go work at a neighbors in a little while, go remove two dogwood trees for like $30-$40 bucks WOO!!! LOL

I haven't smoked hookah...YET....But I have heard it's very enjoyable. I smoke a pipe and think its pretty sweet (tasting) sometimes, but hookah is even sweeter I have heard... I would most definitely give it a try!!!

I have found there are some techniques that help me, when I first sit, to concentrate and get to a place of calm and quiet; While breathing, in your mind, breathe in on "oooom" at the top of your breath an "ahhh" and on the exhale "hmmmmmm" It helps me so much What kind of music do you listen to? I don't think something like "lil' wayne" will work obviously. Classical would work, but what else?

Perhaps some techniques or tricks any of us would like to share to those who would like to learn? I know it took me a while to get into the groove of things, and it helped that i had someone there to guide me.

I did mean just my mom, it has come up in the past, and that is what was discussed. my mom and sister aren't all too close, but being so close to home (not even 10 mins away) I think my gmas would become more a place to lay my head more often than two or three ties a month. As life stands right now, in some ways I do have it good... in others I don't. I live with my parents, grandparents, and my brother (11) and sister(15). Meditation has helped me with even 'severe' things such as my clinical depression, the Drs said i would be on meds till I was in my 20s, thats back when I was 15. I am now 17 and off meds. Meditation is awesome, even a shorter session helps, it doesn't even have to be 30 minutes
