  • Creatine lets you work the muscle longer without feeling the 'burn' in it. Or so I was always told. I do MMA/Box and its not about size in most sports unless your a line backer. Its about what you can do. Getting bigger helps, but doesnt change over-all skill and ability.

  • I only take 'other' supps. Animal Pak, Lipo-6, and REDuction PM. It all depends what you want to accomplish. I take Lipo to control hunger and increase my mood all day, which is important. You need a solid Multi and Animal is the best and REDuction is a fat burner/sleep aid, which helps when you need to sleep mid workout. Its also about finding what works for you.   • My dads birth certificate literally says big boned. Stamped on it. Still, thats no excuse for being fat. There is an ounce of truth to every lie, but its so over used and used incorrectly that is seems to be false. And again, bone size does nothing for fat but weight, so if you look fat its not your bones.

    Keto is a dietary supp which increase the metabolism of older people which normally slows down.... Should be 35 + To use is efficiently.

    Bad idea on this diet. You lose water weight which is what Carbs are, which you will gain back. Your body changes into another energy form (From Carbs to Thermosis or something) and when you stop your body freaks out and you gain it all back.

  • I am actually big boned, it says so in my medical charts, same as my pops. But I am/was fat, none the less. Bones adds nothing to appearance, just density.

  • Try to appeal to what kids like, and in context to what you can do. Free food, more dances, events like pajama tuesday and such are things HS kids like, I think.

    Lunges, running, or any leg machine at the gym (Not Calf machines) will help. Increase protien to build them up though.

  • Cardio and cutting makes you lose FAT and MUSCLE. Thats why you need to convert into fat burning mode. A weight loss doctor (Medical Diets and surgery and such) told me the normal person needs to do light cardio for 30 minutes, and extremely obese need 20 minutes to stop cutting muscle and burn fat. If you do one gram (Or .1, I dont recall) of protien per pound of lean mass you will maintain, if you do more and lift you should gain reguardless of calories.

  • Sauna is all water weight, you gain it back. You need to do low impact cardio. 30 minutes is required to go from muscle to fat burning mode, so you should walk/speed walk for about 2 hours. Do it every day. Your muscles arnt being torn so low impact cardio can be done daily. A couple hours at your weight should be about 450 calories burned. You need about 1900, cut 500 a day. So eat around 1500. A lb of fat is 3500 calories. So, between walking and cutting 500 calories, you should be able to los…

    Muscle Milk is Meh for muscle building. Lean meats would be better, and taste better. I think that if you will be doing hard core training, in the short term, Creatine would be best. For fat loss, Lipo Six have the fewest side effects and your never hungry and you are NEVER hungry, and when you are a bite fills you up.
