I do this all the time .. I lost like, 1 stone in about 3 or 4 weeks ... but i was excersising too and not totally not eating, just not eating at much. Basically dinner and a few small things to keep myself from fainting. It is really bad for you though and it's easy to slip into belemia or anorexia (i was getting close for a bit). If you want to lose weight, I recomend going to the gym or something like that. Or eat less junk food and more healthy. And trust me, 8 stone isn't bad! JT
