PostLife sucks at times, and I'M SORRY about that. But things will get better. Get some goals, exercise, add flavour to your life. It sounds like you're just in a rut that you need to get out of. Stop cheating on tests;in ten years you will be glad for it. Seek help for depression. People don't understand just how destroying it canbe. Man you're only 15. I'm 16, nearly 17 and a virgin, but I don't care. I'd rather lose my virginity witht the right girl after a year/2 years dating at 20 than do some drunk slut at a party. When you get the right relationship, then that'll be the time. I mean technically you're not even legal yet so I wouldn't worry. But that's just me. 1.Sit ups, plank, sideways plank for ab muscle strength+definition. 2.Jogging to burn off the fat (for a six-pack you need a low body fat) 3.Press ups, bicep curls, shoulder press, bench press, vertical traction and tricep curl all work on biceps and pecs. Diet: 1.Eat more. But eat things low in fat, high in protein. 2.Take creatine and protein supplements, e.g protein shakes. Take rest days in between to allow the muscle to repair and strengthen.
