Man you're only 15. I'm 16, nearly 17 and a virgin, but I don't care. I'd rather lose my virginity witht the right girl after a year/2 years dating at 20 than do some drunk slut at a party. 1.Sit ups, plank, sideways plank for ab muscle strength+definition. 2.Jogging to burn off the fat (for a six-pack you need a low body fat) 3.Press ups, bicep curls, shoulder press, bench press, vertical traction and tricep curl all work on biceps and pecs.
