Quote from Krasseevaya: “I think you should go. I know at my school our gay club is for gay, bisexual, and straight members, I don't know about yours. If you're still nervous about coming out of the closet you could just say your straight but support gay rights. And if this guy who shows up just to make fun is doing any real damage to the club, you should bring it up to the supervisor. But really, shouldn't he be very outnumbered, and have a hard time actually making anyone feel insulted? The cl…

Re: Avatar
PostI reckon the cartoon was awesome. The movie... ermm, perhaps the director Shamalayan (or however you spell it) should stop making movies and leave the other Avatar movies to better directors. The movie sucked

Well - everyone has their own opinions. I hear and respect what you say. I have no reason to cause a scene with anyone. I personally would use the MACBOOK. It syncs well with my iPhone. It is a personal laptop so I am not worried about my school putting stuff on it to spy on me. But if I were to get a Microsoft based laptop, then perhaps an Acer Aspire 4741. If you prefer Netbooks, then perhaps a Lenovo S10. BTW - it is easier to install spyware on Microsoft based platforms, than on MAC. I like …

Re: League of Legends
JackG - - Video Games
PostI saw my friend playing the game at his house. Looks pretty awesome. Too bad I cannot play at home cuz I use a MAC and currently it is not MAC compatible. This FREE version seems much more easy to play (and did I mention its free) than that other game the DOTA makes released - Heroes of NEWERTH (which is not free).

Hi I am not sure about the rest of you, but I don't eat when I am depressed. I simply do not feel hungry and the sight of food makes me nauseous. I know it is not healthy, but I have in the past gone up to 3 days with no food. Just drink fluids. Anyone else in the same boat? If yes, how did you get over it?

There is a club at my school, but I would be very uncomfortable being seen going in. How do you build your courage and go in? Isn't that like telling everyone you are... ermm, gay? People will talk and word gets around. It is like I want to do it, but I am too scared to do it.

Quote from Hitopopamus: “If your friends can't accept you for who you are then they aren't true friends, are they? Nor such good people. I'm sorry that you see homosexuality as some kind of painful curse, I enjoy being gay, some would even call it a gift. I think age IS relevant because 15 year olds shouldn't be sexually active thus it's not yet important to let everyone know of their sexual orientation, simple as that. Sure, if you feel comfortable telling your friends, go for it, but I don't t…

Yes I am definitely scared to tell anyone... I am not sure about the rest of you - but my friends are great people, but they are not tolerant of L B G oriented people. Heck, I am even uncomfortable to write the word in a forum myself, instead using "L G B"... They are good friends, but I know I will lose most of them if I said anything. Same goes for the family. For this to so drastically change my life - I am wondering if all of this is worth it at all. As for age - I think it is irrelevant, as…

Re: Gay Image
PostHi I think there is nothing wrong with the way people express themselves. Whether you are L G B - they are simply labels. Labels are assigned as a stereotype - therefore I do not believe in labels. I believe in the person and the character behind it. I do admire the courage they had to admit it to the world. I don't think I could ever be brave enough to do it.

My 1st post.... Do you all reckon it is worth the trip of "coming out" and all the hassle and drama that comes with it, or would you think it's better to "end it" ie suicide. Serious. And yes, I have called the Trevor hotline.
