I tried googling and didn't find a parlor just different articles about eyeball tatoos. Yes it's ''different'' . I found no severe side effects so I just gave up on convincing him. I would much rather he does it here tho since the usual parlors in the UK are filthy and ran by 20 year old college dropouts.
