I go to the gym a few times a week or for a run. Or both. Just to stay healthy really. I used to be a competitive swimminer to I was training 6 - 8 times a week for a couple hours at a time. Had to stop because of injury though.
Chocolate is like my favourite thing ever. I hear all the time about how dark chocolate is ment to be better for you but it actually have more fat and calories and milk chocolate. I'm really confused by this. Ahwell, even better reason to stick to milk chocolate =P
