You're doing a great job as far as I can tell. Eventually, you will have to push harder with the exercise which you're already doing. Don't ever give up and trust me, when you reach your goal, you are gonna feel and look amazing and feel good about yourself when other people notice.
I've already told him multiple times fat isn't necessarily bad for you, but he just seems to have ignored it.
