Why?
1- The heat of the shower would most probably kill any sperm cells, depending on the temperature. Sperm needs to be in temperatures about 35 degrees Celsius in order to survive, and just a few degrees either way can cause the sperm to start to die. The shower's heat would most definitely kill it.

2- The chances of a woman getting pregnant from intercourse while ovulating is already low. So what are the chances of her getting pregnant from a little bit dripping down? Any of your little guys that survived the heat are gonna miss the gap to get in.

3- It's difficult to get pregnant from intercourse, because even though your sperm cells are packed with energy from mitochondria and are adapted to swimming, they can't travel far. A few centimetres and they're knackered - and that's when they've got the head start of being inserted into the vagina. What are the chances of them having to go the full...ooo I dunno, fifteen, twenty centimetres, maybe more?

it's still POSSIBLE to get pregnant if the semen reaches the vagina, but as people have stated before, it's very unlikely she's pregnant.
