Im starting to work out, and I looked in my fridge and saw the No Pulp Orange Juice and the Low Fat (1%) Milk next to each other. I love both but which one is healthier?
Milk or Orange Juice?

Hm, I'd say orange juice because it's got loads of good stuff in it. :p
And you'll work off the bad stuff like the sugar in it anyway. -
Are you looking to lose or gain weight? If gain, the milk, but preferably full fat. If lose, ideally neither, since you should be trying to avoid drinking your calories.

depends on what u want... both are healthy (if the orange juice is home made.. otherwise it might have all sorts of preservatives and sweeteners)
milk -> protein, fat( depends on the type of milk), carbs, vitamin D, calcium
orange juice -> carbs (high sugar levels), vitamin c and other vitamins
If u have fresh orange juice then it would be ok to just alternate the two... but if u buy it.... I'd go with milk..

Water.
It's tough to define one as healthier than the other because they give you completely different things.
However, you shouldn't be drinking more than glass or two of juice a day because it's just sugar (calories). It'd be much better to actually eat a real fruit. -

Why is everyone saying orange juice when it has no macronutrients other than sugar, probably mediocre amounts of vitamin c (not to mention that milk generally has plenty of other micronutrients), and we don't even know if it's straight juice and not some crappy water + sugar + a bit of juice mix?

My advice is that you should drink raw natural milk.The other milk isnt healthy.
Instead of drinking orange juice you should eat a orange. -

Milk is the way to go if you want to gain weight, and it's probably more healthy for you.
Orange juice tastes better, but is not as good as milk.[CENTER][/CENTER] -
Probably prefer orange juice. Don't like either though.
