Hogwash, but I want to hear your opinions. In chocolate, there's a "love chemical" called phenylethylamine (PEA). PEA in the body is responsible for all the classic symptoms of infatuation (as far as I know there's a correlation, but as you should all know, correlation is not causation). When you eat chocolate, you start to feel happy, giddy, and "in love". This is the PEA in the chocolate at work, so it goes. I suppose that's why chocolate is so closely associated with love. I happen to know what's true and what's untrue about this whole deal, but I want to hear what you have to say.
What I want to know is, do you notice any perceivable affects from eating chocolate? Feel giddy or awake? Anxious? Sweat a bit? Or do you think the whole thing is one big placebo?
Go at it.
