let the girl be officer.
If you took the pill 3days after the sex then your fine - dont worry
Actually the morning after pill can only be expected to work 12 hours after unprotected sex, but the effect of normal pill can last up to 72 hours, so if you took normal pill 3 days before the sex it might have still be working. -
She didn't take it before sex..

So you're saying this is entirely his fault, because someone said YES to sex. Drunk or not, she consented to it.
Depending where she lives, that wouldn't stand up in court. He didn't do anything wrong, legally.. he had sex with someone who consented it. Sure it wasn't a very good thing for him to do, nor was it a good thing for her to do, but booze does things like this.
I'm not saying it was his fault. I'm saying what the LAW says could be sexual assault, and if she feels taken advantage of i think she should prosecute, or at least go talk to a counselor. She is 16, if he was 18, its rape. I understand she might have technically said "yes" but if she wasn't in the right state of mind... i dont think it was totally her fault. It depends how SHE feels, if she knows she was thinking clear enough to make a conscious decision then OF COURSE she wouldn't claim rape, but if she was taken advantage of... well,.. that's a different case entirely...

guy makes a mistake and he is just supposed to get over it
girl makes a mistake and she goes running to the police to get him thrown in jail and ruin his life
fair right. -
I just took what she said "I feel taken advantage of"
Do you think it's right for a CHILD- she's 16 remember- to be taken advantage of?
I'm said clearly that if she felt coherent to make the decision that she obviously shouldn't go the cops, that would be a mistake. But if she was completely out of it,,, that could be sexual assault in the second degree. If she was smashed and didn't make the decision consciously then he should be in trouble. especially if he was older..... -
listen, of course im not going to the police! it was a massive mistake in my eyes and i'd rather forget it... it's not hard, i can't even remember it. but look at it this way... how could i of expected him to turn down sex? i mean, i clearly must've been quite provocative to get myself in that position. boys will be boys.
by the way guys,
IM NOT PREGNANT! HURRAH!!!!!
