I usually run 7 minute miels up on the treadmill at skool, and people are telling me thats soft. Feels pretty damn fast to me.
Is running a 7 minute mile avG?

Pretty standard at my school, however you can get away with an 8:15 here. my best is 6:30 which I did on the last one lol

It's not super fast, but it's not slow either. I'd say it's a deal faster than most people can manage."Young King, pay me in gold."

I finish a mile and a half in 5, or I used to anyways, haven't been on a treadmill in a while.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

1.5 miles in 5 minutes?
That would be a 3:20 mile and a 1:40 800m back to back.
a.k.a. super fucking quick, as in, you'd be the fastest man alive if you could do that shit; the 800m record is 1:41 and change, the mile record is around 3:40."Young King, pay me in gold."

It wasn't a whole half, I rounded, it was like 1.3
And I know a girl that's 14,maybe 4"7' who can do a mile and a half in 6 regularly, I have a hard time believing that
nobody in the world could do it in a minute less.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

People in the world can do it in a minute less, but they are Olympians and world-record holders. Maybe you are thinking of a 1.5 km run? 6 minutes would be kind of fast for that, but not impossible."Young King, pay me in gold."

Stop it! You guys are making me feel slow XD

A 6 minute mile is considered an average running pace.

For a track team, maybe.
This is America! Back in high school I would say the class average would be like 8 minutes 30 seconds.
6 minutes is quick. Not even all of my soccer-playing friends can do that."Young King, pay me in gold."

Dusk, you need to re-time your self.To the dumb question, 'Why me?' the cosmos barely bothers to return the reply, 'Why not?

I'm planning on it whenever I find a treadmill or one of those measurement things, and quit smoking[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Well, please quit smoking first. It's stupidTo the dumb question, 'Why me?' the cosmos barely bothers to return the reply, 'Why not?

Eight minutes seem average.

I'll stick with my 12 minute pace.I give cam shows every now and then, but I MUST know you and be comfortable with you before I will do them for you! If interested, contact me and get to know me!

We have a track at my old school, and 4 laps is a mile, and I can run a lap in a minute and a bit, so it sounds a bit slow (or maybe i'm just a Tasmanian lol) but you'll get it up in no time.
People will always talk about you
Might as well give them something to talk about
