I used to listen to a lot of trance but over the past few years I have stopped. Doesn't really appeal to me anymore.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I like the classics like Children by Robert Miles and 9pm (Till I come) by ATM but they're like the only actual classics I remember from hearing in the 90's.
90's trance is good.
2000's is non-existent.The World is heading for mutiny, when all we want is unity.

Speaking of 90's, do you know Oliver Lieb, Cosmic Baby, Resistance D, Sven Vath, John '00' Fleming, Rich Mowatt, Art of Trance and others? If you say that 90's trance is good...:mau5: -
i have some albums and compilations by paul van dyk, tiesto and armin van buuren and it's let me enjoy more of what they have on there - i like m6, susana, etc
early 2000's trance was really good to -
I'm not good with the names of Trance artists.... But i'll look them names up to see if I remember any of their material from when I was really youngThe World is heading for mutiny, when all we want is unity.

Trance for life!

Papa Bear, uhmm, nice house, yeah.
Geo, what do you think about Durand continuing the ISOS series?:mau5: -
Wait, did Tiesto stop In Search of Sunrise? Where have I been?
-
Yes, Tiesto did a year ago. Now he's got his own label called Musical Freedom, although he hasn't finished his work with the Magik Music label yet.:mau5:
-
Tarra, I think that he's really good at trance, there is NO DOUBT about it, but Tiesto's ISOS was another thing and I'll always miss it.. To be honest, I think Durand does well his job for this time, so I approve him to continue ISOS thingie by my side.
BUT, Really, it kills me that TIESTO stopped doing IN SEARCH OF SUNRISE.
P.S. I'll also say my another opinion about Trance itself and DJs who are writing songs for chavs to entertain. TRANCE should get back to it's first classical meaning and it shouldn't be only for gaining MAINSTREAM places. what do you think about this? -
I agree, Durand is good, but ISOS is Tiesto's forever, to me.
Speaking of mainstream and underground stuff, trance music has been actually mainstream since 1997/1998. I love the old sound of ISOS' and compilations by Armin and Ferry, though. I love the old trance, its deep sound, its everything, especially Fleming's stuff, which we can listen to even nowadays cuz the classic and proper trance isn't dead yet.
Edit: I forgot mentioning the Magik comps. I remember them from my childhood.:mau5:The post was edited 1 time, last by Tarra ().
