I've taken Plan B before and the odds of those things happening are VERY VERY VERY little, they just have to tell you what COULD happen in case they get sued. The only thing that happened to me was I got nauseous, cold and dizzy. My suggestion to you if you end up taking it, is to take dramamine an hour before the Plan B to help with the nausea.
