how often do you work out?

all through the day because somehow i always find myself running or dancing somehere!

I'm trying to put on some muscle weight, and I have been told that working out everyday is counter-productive because muscles need resting time to recover and grow. I used to work out everyday before and it's true it didn't work for me. But if we are talking about cardio then that is 3 times a week.

I'm weening myself back onto exercise daily.
10 minute jog on the running machine with weights then 5 minute sprint - no weights.
15 press ups
15 sit ups
10 minutes on the cross trainer
5 minutes on the boxing bag
Do the sit ups and press ups 3x daily
Sometimes throw some weight lifting in there as well -
Every night at around 8 or 9 P.M. I usually run 2 miles on the treadmill and just started doing a little bit of weight lifting right after. 5-7 mph the whole time on the treadmill. I'm not fat but I'm still overweight and need to lose some

weakness. working out while you're sick makes u get better faster (true fact) -

kinda half trolling kinda half not. if i have a cold or something weak that i'll get over anyway, i keep working out and ya. i blow my nose a lot and hock out flem and i get the mucas out of my body faster so i think i recover faster.
if its something more serious then ya probably not a great idea. -

I workout daily and here is my workout schedule.
I jog early morning for 4 miles and hit gym in the evening for almost 2 hours. I have been exercising regularly since last 5 months and lost 35 lbs with exercise and diet meals. -
I do exercise daily in the morning. I spent one hour and do walk for 30 minutes and then do running. These exercises are great.
