ok well i have been tryin to lose weight for a while because of my cross country and hockey....and becase I think I should lose like 10 pounds.....I am 132 pounds and i am 5' 5 1/2" I should weigh 117 pounds but if I get to 122 I will be fine..but here is the catch...I can't eat most fruits and vegetables cuz they make me sick....running makes me build more muscle in my legsand I don't want that plus I am a runner(cross country running...it's a sport) and I don't wanna run too much...so what do i do? I am 13 years old and i don't know what i can possibley do to lose a couple pounds...i have been eating less junk foodand more healthy stuff...like carrots. I LOVE CARROTS but that's about it...and I was wondering if there is a special pill that i can take that'll help me but I don't know where to get the pills and I don't know if I can get them due to my age (13)...ok well if u know the answer...can you please help me? I'd like to know...thanks!
