Getting ready for college

    • Getting ready for college

I have been checking out Universitys and Colleges. Its harder than I thought! Trying to decide if you should live in dorms or at home, trying to figure out when to take what courses. I was told it is best to take the basics first, like algebra, history and literature because if you change your major or if you have an undeclared major, those classes will still count toward what you are going to major in.
Another thing I think is a good idea...make sure that if you move out, ask your mom to send you care packages. Mmmmm cookies! ;)

I was going to go this year, but my scholarships fell through, so I have to skip a year to get money saved up. I'm going for an english major, i think. I've decided that I don't want to live on campus, I'd rather live off. It took me a while to get ready, but then I couldn't go. I was so upset, and boy did my family rant and rave saying that I skipped a year and now I was never going to go and just get stupider and stupider.
