Okay, we went out once, said she wanted to meet again... then she tells me we aren't dating, it's more of a "thing". We get along really well, though. But then I don't hear from her for about a week (we talk on facebook). Now I see her talking to other guys like she would to me... I'm just really jealous and confused.
Is she seeing other guys?

With what she said to you I assume she just wants to be friends since she also talks to other guys in the same way.

If you're not together then she is allowed to flirt with other guys. She basically said you're no longer dating so I'd take that as she isn't interested. You should move on. If someone doesn't bother with you, don't bother with them.
