I made a post about my workout routine a couple months ago. I hurt my shoulder a little bit so I took some time off of working out because I have a history of shoulder problems from baseball so I didn't want to make it worse. I plan to get back in the gym hopefully tomorrow and I plan to develop a new routine to use and use it for about a month or two and see how I like it and change things accordingly.
